Greater Vancouver · A well-kept table
Polish, then bloom.
Healthy systems for life — body, mind, money, and habits — shared over good food and honest conversation, and built through notes, partnerships, and quiet structure.

Founder
I care about how a life is held — what we eat and drink, how we recover, how we spend, and what we protect for the people we love. After years in financial services and an LLM in international trade and tax law, I built Polish & Bloom to keep those threads in one place: across Asia and Canada, and here in Greater Vancouver.
In practice
A well-kept table. A small circle. Notes worth keeping.
-
PB Club
Invite-only. Rooted in Greater Vancouver — good food, good drinks, and a few hours of real conversation. About ten to fourteen at the table. No pitch. A simple contribution covers the table. Gathers a few times a year; dates are announced when the table is set. Occasionally the table travels when I’m on the road and the circle is right.
-
Collaborations & projects
Asia–Canada work with partners in wellness, health tech, and financial wellness — market conversations, introductions, and focused projects. Clear scope. Real life over hype.
-
Notes & Asia–Canada
Writing on wellness, health, tech, money, and philosophy — and how ideas travel between Asia and Canada. Always closer to real life than to hype.
-
Heritage tea
One Origin Estate — origin, story, and tea as a quiet language of hospitality, tradition, philosophy, and modernization.
-
Longer questions
Sometimes the notes go further — family, capital, identity across time. Same practice, longer horizon.
The systems
Four places I keep returning to.
-
Body
What you eat and drink, how you move and sleep, and the tools that help you stay well longer.
-
Mind
How you recover attention, meet stress, and keep a little room for presence in ordinary days.
-
Money
How you spend, protect, and plan — so money supports a life, instead of running it.
-
Habits
The small repeats that hold the rest. Polish here, and bloom has somewhere to land.
Notes
Thinking from the middle of a life — not only from a theory of one.
Connect
Pull up a chair.
PB Club invites, Asia–Canada collaborations, health-tech or wellness projects, or a quiet note — I read each one. For an invite, say what you are polishing. For a project, say what you are building and where you need a bridge.
